About Me.
Greg is a proud native and resident of Washington State. He has over 35-year's experience providing expert administration in home health, hospice, and private-duty home care. He spent 16 years "growing up" working in large corporate healthcare environments and gained a keen understanding of home health and hospice as a key component in the continuum of care. Most recently he has spent 17 years at the helm of a Washington State nonprofit home health, hospice, and private duty agency with an annual budget of 25 million. During his tenure there, he increased the net assets of the organization 10-fold. Notable growth was made possible through effective strategic planning, team-building, fundraising, marketing, efficient operations, financial systems, staff morale/loyalty, and a variety of other best practices that Greg is willing to share.

Greg served 2 terms on the Board of the National Association for Homecare and Hospice (NAHC, now known as the Alliance), and 2 terms on the Board of the Home Care Association of Washington (HCAW).
In the most recent years, Greg has channeled his invaluable expertise to assist home health and hospice agencies to thrive in increasingly competitive, uncertain, and turbulent environments.
